Return & Refund Policy

Overview

At America DTF, we take pride in producing high-quality DTF & UV DTF prints, films, and supplies. Every order is custom-made according to the specifications you provide.
Because of the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has been processed.


Non-Returnable Items

Since our products are custom printed and made to order, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after the artwork or print file has been approved and production has started.
Please double-check your artwork, dimensions, and order details before confirming your purchase.


Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@americadtf.com with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect items

  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your claim and, if approved, we will reprint or replace the affected items at no additional cost.


Order Modifications & Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or cancelled before production begins.
Once printing starts, we are unable to make any changes or issue refunds.


Shipping & Delivery Issues

We take responsibility for delays, losses, or damages caused by shipping carriers.
If a package is lost in transit, please let us know directly and we will assist you with a reprint/future help.


Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that:

  • Artwork files are high resolution and properly sized.

  • All colors, designs, and placements are approved before printing.

  • Shipping information is accurate and complete.
