Order Processing Time
All orders placed with America DTF are custom-made and require a short production period before shipping.
Please allow 1-2 business day for order processing and production.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM ET or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, etc.), processing times may be extended slightly.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
We ship nationwide across the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Delivery times depend on your location and the selected shipping method at checkout:

Standard Shipping: 1-3 business days

Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and destination.
Free shipping promotions, if available, will be clearly displayed on the website.
Lost or Delayed Packages
America DTF is not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages caused by shipping carriers.
If your order is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
We will gladly assist you in filing a claim if needed.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping fees.
International Shipping
At this time, America DTF ships only within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping outside the U.S.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@americadtf.com with photos of the package and the damaged items.
We will review your claim and offer a replacement if applicable.
